According to NBC, a part of the song – “This is Nigeria; look how we living now everybody be criminal” has been tagged “vulgar” and the song is now declared “unfit for radio”.
The Muslim Right Concern (MURIC) recently requested Falz to take down “This is Nigeria” video over some “offensive” scenes which, they claimed, ridicules their religion.

Nigerian comic actor and singer Falz has just “stepped on the snake’s tail” after officially releasing visuals to his just dropped single titled “This Is Nigeria”.
The singer who listed some of the things happening in his nation in his song has been criticised by a group of Nigerian Muslims and are calling for apology and removal of the video from all social media platforms with immediate effect.

The 7th Edition of Ghana Meets Naija music concert went down Saturday night and Shatta Wale with his overwhelming crowd-moving performance was seated on the throne.

Late Whitney Houston’s one-time background vocalist, Tiwatope Savage-Balogun aka Tiwa Savage has arrived in Ghana ahead of the Ghana Meets Naija super clash that comes off over the weekend. Nigerian superstar Davido has arrived this morning and will be warming up to face it off with Shatta Wale.

Davido and Tiwa Savage are making multiple returns after thrilling audience of previous Ghana Meets Naija Concerts over the years and they promise to make this year their greatest. M.anifest, whom we spotted in South Africa has also come home for the Unibank sponsored concert.

Empire Entertainment has finally listed the Music acts to headline it’s 7th Edition of Ghana Meets Naija 2017 at an official launch today.

Surprisingly, the official list omits Sarkodie and Tekno as previous reports suggested. Still surprisingly, M.anifest and Nigeria’s ‘Bad Guy’ Falz shows up in the list and they are to face each other during the West African concert.
