The Gaming Commission of Ghana has finally responded with some force to the petition of a Ghanaian punter who won Ghc 57m in betting but has yet to be paid.

Theophilus Morgan won that gargantuan sum last year but since then, Safaribet has been tossing him up and down, refusing to pay the whole sum he won in the bet.
