Kumawood director Jackson Bentum has hit out at Martha Ankomah for saying she does not take Kumawood scripts because they are usually only about witchcraft.
Bentum, an award winning director in his own right, says the actress knows nothing about directing of movies and thus, she should not talk about matters in which she has no expertise.
The ‘rap dacta’, Okyeame Kwame, held a post valentine’s, lovers event over the past weekend dubbed ‘Flaunt Your Lover’ – and the stars were out in force to make the event a success.

At their brief meeting where the Actors shared some words about the movie and corruption, Pete Edochie said corruption can only be dealt with in Africa when political leaders are made to swear with deities and not the bible because there’s no fear for God and he trusts the gods to do a good job in the African human psychology.
Actress Martha Ankomah, a devoted Christian, has said that her reluctance to act Kumawood roles is because too many of their scripts revolve around witchcraft and the use of ‘juju’.
Speaking with Hitz Fm, Ankomah said the worst part of such stories is that the insertion of the juju does not even make sense story-wise, and therefore for her she would not waste her time acting such roles.
Ghanaian actress Martha Ankomah has revealed she doesn’t eat boiled eggs.
Explaining why she dislike boiled eggs, the “Hearts of Men” star said she find boiled eggs disgusting because of the smell.
“I don’t take boiled eggs. The smell nauseates me. I just don’t like it,” she said this afternoon on MusikBox on Hitz Fm.
