A District Court in Abeka presided over by Ms Victoria Guansah, has sentenced Jihad Chaaban to nine months imprisonment for his infamous act of dipping face of an employee into a pepper sauce.

Jihad Chaaban Argues For Marwako Assault Case To Be Settled Out Of Court

Jihad Chaabn, the Marwako supervisor alleged to have dipped the face of Evelyn Boakye, an employee, into pepper, is pleading with the court hearing the case to order for the case to be settled out of court.

Chaabn’s lawyer, at their latest court date Thursday, pleaded with the trial judge to throw the case out of court and let the parties work together on a settlement, something which is within the court’s power to do.
