The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) have a vendetta against the company, having halted its activities and currently the two entities are embroiled in a legal battle.

After suing the SEC for interfering in it’s actions, the gold trading firm Menzgold Ghana has kept it promise to commence paying dividends to customers from today, the 28th of September.
At a presser held in Accra Thursday, the company said they would resume payments today, based on a schedule to be sent to customers.
Mengzold Ghana has taken their battle with the regulatory agencies up another notch, filing a legal case against both the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Bank of Ghana (BOG).
In the suit, Menzgold argues that the two agencies have abused their power in coming after them and caused untold harm to their business.
