The minority in Parliament has responded with righteous indignation to the decision of the Attorney General to drop the prosecution of the so-called ‘Delta 8’.
In a statement issued Wednesday and signed by minority leader Haruna Iddrisu, the caucus collectively condemned the action as a ‘travesty of justice’ and signalling a ‘lack of respect’ for the nation’s judiciary.
According to Ultimatefmonline.com, Tamale South Constituency lawmaker and outgoing Minister of Employment and Labour Relations, Haruna Iddrisu will ascend the seat of minority leader in the Nana Addo administration.
