Jihad Chaaban's 9 Month Sentence Was Influenced By Religious Hatred – Marwako PRO Alleges

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) for Marwako, Mohammed Amin Lamptey, has accused the judge who adjudicated the assault case of Jihad Chaaban of religious animus, indicating that her hatred of Islam contributed to the verdict.
Chaaban was jailed nine months for assaulting Evelyn Boakye, a then employee of the fast food joint – but Lamptey believes the judgement was based on trial judge Justice Victoria Ghansah’s fear and hatred of Muslims.

The self proclaimed queen of Gh comedy, Valentina Agyeiwaa Abrokwa, aka Afia Schwarzenegger, has attacked the Marwako restaurant, it’s Lebanese supervisor who assaulted a Ghanaian female employee, as well as its Ghanaian PRO.

Afia, in a video message posted on social media marking International Women’s Day, took time off celebrating the prominent women in Ghana to come to the defence of the hapless Evelun Boakye, whose face was allegedly dipped in pepper by Jihad Chaabn, her supervisor at the Fast Food joint.
