Federal District Court in Manhattan has sentenced rapper DMX born Earl Simmons to a 12 months jail term on the charge of tax evasion.
The judge Jed S. Rakoff reportedly listened to the rappers song slippin with his lawyer Murray Richman attributing the song to how hard Dmx’ life has been.
