CustomerDiscuss.Com was contacted by Nelson Ayeh Kweabena from Sunyani, a lucky National Lottery winner who scooped 24, 324.75 GHS in winning.
But according to Nelson, since April 3 when he registered his winning ticket, the National Lottery Authority has not still issued him with payment despite its policy of issuing payments to winners within 2 weeks of ticket registration.
Nelson in his complaint E-mail to CustomerDiscuss.Com wrote;
“I understand the mandatory period for payment of a winning ticket is two weeks. I staked and won the lottery on 3rd April 2017 and got the ticket registered at the regional offices of NLA in Sunyani. Till today payment has not been effected by NLA.
