The judge presiding over the wrongful death lawsuit brought by the family of Bobbi Kristina Brow against Nick Gordon has ruled in favour of the family, handing down a huge judgement against Gordon.
Bobbi Kristina’s long time boyfriend has been accused of abusing her and driving her substance abuse addition which eventually led to her drowning in a bathtub.
A Fulton County judge on Friday, ruled that Nick Gordon is ‘legally responsible’ for Bobbi Kristina Brown’s death.
According to NBC, Nick Gordon failed to appear for his court hearing again which prompted Judge T. Jackson Bedford’s ruling. As a result of Gordon’s second absence in court, the judge ruled that anything alleged in the wrongful death lawsuit by Brown’s conservator would be admitted through omission.
The medical coroner’s report into the death of Bobbi Kristina Brown has finally been unsealed, revealing that the singer’s cause of death was via drowning, whilst under the influence of a multiplicity of drugs.
The report lists the official cause of death as ‘pneumonia and encephalopathy’ due to “immersion of face in water complicating mixed drug intoxication.”
This signifies how much he loved the late Bobbi Kristina Brown. She is dead and gone but her memories still lives with him.

Nick Gordon’s fortunes took a turn for the worse when he was hit with a new lawsuit more explicitly linking him to Bobbi Kristina’s eventual death by claiming he gave her a toxic cocktail.
The Conservator, Bedelia Hargrove claims Gordon returned home after “a cocaine and drinking binge,” and engaged Bobbi Brown in a fight accusing her of cheating on him and called the 22-year-old a “bitch” and “whore.”
Bobbi Kristina’s boyfriend Nick Gordon allegedly gave her a “toxic cocktail” and placed her face down in a bathtub according to an amended lawsuit filed by Bobbi Kristina’s court-appointed conservator.

Nick Gordon has sent an email to Bobby Brown, begging to let him to attend Bobbi Kristina’s funeral.
Nick was banned from visiting Bobbi Kristina at the hospital due to speculation that he had something to do with her being found face down and unconscious in her bathtub after rumors emerged that he had been abusive towards her.
The coroner’s report on Bobbi Kristina’s death, at least after the initial examination, is that there was no foul play involved in her death.
The Fulton County Medical Examiner’s office in Georgia said Brown, 22, had no previously unknown medical conditions that would have contributed to her death, reports Yahoo.

A statement released by the family indicates Bobbi has been moved to hospice (end of life) care, to ease the transition to death as hope for her recovery has hit rock bottom.
Whilst many claims have been made on this front in the past, this one came via a statement from the family itself, signed by Pat Houston.
“Despite the great medical care at numerous facilities, Bobbi Kristina Brown’s condition has continued to deteriorate. As of today, she has been moved into hospice care,” the statement read.
“We thank everyone for their support and prayers. She is in God’s hands now.”
Whilst Bobbi Kristina’s situation goes continues to show no progress, her supposed husband Nick Gordon continues to encounter obstacle after obstacle.
A new lawsuit filed by the estate of Bobbi Kristina, represented by Bedelia Hargrove, is claiming Nick Gordon beat and stole from Bobbi Kristina. The suit says Nick routinely transferred money from Bobbi Kristina’s accounts into his own, even transferring $11,000 after she fell into a coma.
The suit also claims he routinely assaulted her, such as punching her in the face and dragging her around by her hair; and she was planning to confide in a close friend when she was found in the bathtub.
Once again another chapter of this story is being written, this time Bobby Brown speaking out about his daughter’s ordeal.
Bobbi Kristina Brown was found unresponsive in her bathtub in February, and has been in a perilous state since then. All through, some people have held the belief that someone was complicit in the condition she was found in- with boyfriend Nick Gordon always the prime suspect.
Now a statement released by Bobby Brown shows he might be one of the believers in the theory that what happened to Bobbi was not an accident. In a statement, he calls for ‘justice for his daughter’
