92-year old movie producer and actor, Frimpong Manso aka Osofo Dadzie has expressed dissatisfaction with the current crop of actors and actresses for not coming to them for advice.
Osofo Dadzie, who was once the producer of GTV’s popular drama show ‘Akan Drama’ said in an interview on Adom TV, that they are the pioneers in the movie industry but these modern once doesn’t approach them for any advice.

Veteran Ghanaian actor Osofo Dadzie has called for foreign soaps which have been translated into ‘broken twi’ such as ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ to be banned from our screens.
According to the actor, those soaps should be banned for the money invested in them to be poured into local shows – which would help reinvigorate our local industry.
