According to a report by the Ghana Police, Ebony’s fatal accident was caused by a heap of sand on the road which was being used for the road maintenance.
The Police narration continued that Chartey Oko Pinehad who driving Ebony and her friends in a Jeep registered AS497-16, spotted the heap of sand on his lane and in trying to avoid driving into it, he swerved it into the opposite lane.
