Sensible and rational Ghanaians are largely in agreement on this point, and these are not matters of partisan import, but matters of fact- John Dramani Mahama is a sh*tty President.
There are those entrenched in their party positions either way, who would enter this argument not based on facts, but on prior sentiment. But you don’t need a partisan position to make this argument, because the facts would support the premise.
