The Menzgold-SEC brouhaha has stirred up controversies on social media with some arguing that the laws of the country should be made to work irrespective of whether Nana Appiah Mensah is helping the Entertainment industry or not.
The Security Exchange Commision (SEC) issued a letter on September 7, 2018, asking Gold dealing company, Menzgold to shut down with reasons that they do not have the needed permit to operate.
