Apparently, a family member has managed to take a photo of Bobbi Kristina Brown—and this family member is offering the photo for sale to magazines, blogs and tabloids.
They approached TMZ, and the site claims, it refused to buy it—so TMZ seems to have a lot of conscience, at least more than the loser that took the photo.
