Following Friday’s gory accident involving some fans of his who died, Fancy Gadam has cancelled his scheduled concert to have been held at the Tamale Sports Stadium today (Saturday).
Gadam, in a post on Facebook, expressed great sorrow at the tragic deaths and said he could not in good conscience go ahead with the show in the face of such tragedy.
Sarkodie joined Fancy Gadam on stage at the recent Sallahfest event in Tamale and the pair lit up the venue to a raucous crowd.
The event, at the Tamale Sports Stadium, was a massive success with the two performers giving off their best.
This is the man who beat Medikal to win 2017 VGMAs Best New Artiste Of The Year and some thought he never deserved it.
As GhanaCelebrities.com earlier reported, Fancy Gadam has once again parked 1000s of fans to fill the Tamale Sports Stadium at the past weekend for his album launch – a move which will probably be a herculean task for Kwabena Kwabena in today’s time.
2017 VGMAs Best New Artiste Of The Year, Fancy Gadam has once again proved he is the king of the North and certainly taking over Ghana with his music.
Fancy is said to have even broken his own record of filling the Tamale Sports Stadium with 15,000 fans last year – a move which propelled him to fame across Ghana.
