The ruling National Democratic Congress has hit back at the US and UK missions in Ghana for a statement issued in the wake of violent clashes outside the residence of NPP flagbearer Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo.
The party, in a statement issued Thursday, claims the statements falsely accused the party’s followers of instigating violence when they are the innocent parties in the case.
