President of Musician Union of Ghana (MUSIGA), Mr Bice Osei Kuffour who is known popularly as Obour has expressed displeasure concerning the Stonebwoy – Zylofon issue.
Speaking on Showbiz, the MUSIGA President, said the union is not happy about the incident that happened on the 11th of March 2018 at Paloma Hotel when the transport manager of Zylofon attempted to take back a car given to Stonebwoy but resulted in a gunshot reported to have been fired by the dancehall artist as a means of self-defence.
The President said, “We find it sad that things had to get to that level of people wanting to use force to deal with issues. Both parties were wrong, our industry has not gotten to that level yet. MUSIGA seriously frowns on this.”
However, Mr Obour revealed that MUSIGA was already finding ways to find a solution to the problem.“We will get to the bottom of the issue, we will speak to both Stonebwoy and Zylofon and find the best solution for all but we would like to encourage artistes and labels to use dialogue to resolve their issues and not to take the law into their own hands,” he stated
