Robert Mugabe, 90, has been claiming he feels young as a youth for quite a long time—but it seems he cannot cheat nature no matter how often he insists he is fresh and young.

The Zimbabwean President must be fronting hard but gravity gave up on him today as he fell flat— we mean he fell down steps from a podium after speaking to supporters upon his return from Ethiopia.

According to Yahoo; “Mugabe appeared to miss a step and toppled when he left the raised lectern at the airport Wednesday afternoon, according to several witnesses, who insisted on anonymity because of security concerns.”

As expected, his loyal aides quickly helped him up and escorted him to his limousine which sped away…

Maybe it is time for Mugabe to give up the many fronting—and accept that, he is indeed 90 with weak legs.

  1. Judging by the lack of help from his entourage, I am sure they don’t believe he can fall down like that. After isn’t he a super human that can fly?. This is why we like science. It debunks supernatural tosh quicker than you can say hello. You can pretend you have supernatural attributes and are immortal until something as simple as gravity throws your whole belief into the dustbin. This man should have retired in his village somewhere and allow fresh ideas into his country. But being African, no such decency exists. Taking a age out of the books of the African French dictators, he’s staying till he croaks. I am sure when he dies it will take days before it is confirmed much like stalin. Because no one will want to be the first to state his mortality.
