The Supreme Court of Ghana has set Monday, November 7 as a day to deliver judgment in the case Ghana’s Electoral Commission brought before it–against PPP’s Paa Kwesi Nduom over Nduom’s High Court win.
Paa Kwesi Nduom challenged his disqualification by EC in an Accra High Court and won–following which the EC appealed to the Supreme Court.
The case will be decided by a 7-member panel, to be presided over by Justice Adinyirah.
