  1. i read this story sm wks ago..n it was so interesting and absurd to see ppl throwing money at the feet of the pastor…God shd ve mercy on us for these pastors are killing and destroying the society…whiles he drives luxuries cars n live a good life..the church members remain poor and unhealthy….i wished dat report comes to gh n conduct such documentary on some of our so called prophets n pastors….

  2. This is stupid and shows how uneducated we Africans are. The white man who even brought Christianity to African does not go about doing this. Yet we go and labour all day and come and give the money to a pastor who sits down and do fuck all in the name of church, Jesus and God. I thought heaven has a lot of Gold, so why does God want our small money?

Pastors are preying on the non intelligence of mankind and stealing from us to live luxurious life. Look at a pastor with hammer…Jesus did not even have a tent to his name yet these pastors have mansions and all grab.

  3. Honestly, am not surprise at the “doings” of these pastors. I feel sorry for the victims though.
People really need to think carefully before deciding which church to go. And like i always say, am never leaving my METHODIST for any other church.

  4. well Chris, In my perspective we all believe what we want to believe. “As I always say, these are there things which confirm my standing that it is highly probably that there is no GOD…” I have quoted what you stated. That is your believe and that is fine, but don’t try to encourage others to think like you because of greedy pastors and some ignorant worshippers. There is a God, it is up to us to let the spirit lead us. And trust me when I say the spirit can lead you to the right places when you really open your heart to hear God speak. Good churches don’t harrass people for money. Good pastor’s don’t think “God is a game.” That is what the pastor said. That is so sad. God have mercy on us.

    1. @ Too late, I second you !!! Chris, may God forgive you for doubting his existance. All these false prophets/pastors thing ain’t new to christians who have chosen to be led by the spirit of God. The bible tells us in 1 John 4:1 that we shouldn’t believe every spirit, for many false prophets have gone out into the world. Again in Mathew 7:15 it’s says “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves. Sometimes people who call themselves christians are go through these things because of ignorance. Why do you have to recieve miracles and wonders, get rich through prophets/ pastors who are also humanbeings just like you are, when the bible tells us in Mattthew 28:18, that all AUTHORITY/POWER in heaven and on earth has been given to us? In, 1 Peter 2:9 9 it says “But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light”. That means every humanbeing is a priest in the sight of God and for that matter we all have the power and the authority (which God has given us) to do signs and wonders( including get rich and all that) in own lives and even others. What more can I say than to advise that we stop being lazy, naive and ignorant to the word of God. Let’s read the bible and know truth, stick to one church you in believe worshippes God and God only. Lets avail ourselves and be led by the spirit of God and in that way NO pastor nor prophet can decieve us in any way!!!!!!!

    1. @ all of you who have commented, sorry I mistakenly click on quote that’s why your comments have been quoted. Sorry about that!

  6. wow… interesting!!! But Africans the way we want things to happen… fast money and we want everything fast, so these pastors will and other people will always be there to use Africans! Sad but true.

Now my question is, these people (the sick and blind) heal by the pastor, don’t anybody know them, that can come out and point them out?!? Africans are just very easy to fool, when watching this.

In a way, I get them, these people have been under pressure first by the white under colonial rule and now by leaders who just are emptying everything the country has left over from the white into their own pockets. The people have no hope so easy to fool people like Africans. Sad.

  7. Christianity: The belief that a two-thousand-year-old Jewish zombie carpenter can make you live forever, if you symbolically eat his flesh, and telepathically tell him that you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul, that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a ta…lking snake to eat an apple off a magical tree in a wonderland…….

In other words, Christinaity: he best jewish money making scheme till date.

  8. As a Journalist and one of the founding fathers of entertainment journalism, I am peeved when comments like yours are made, you are supposed to present your case and not be judgemental or oppionated about the subject you are reporting, do you have a balance reportage from other religions??? people must have a reason for following these people, it is their choice. I am a believer in miracles, i am a believer in paying of tithes, i am a believer in signs and wonders, i have seen and experienced the efficacy of these, if you have not then don’t venture commenting about it. Above all i am a journalist and have been since 1991 and have practiced in several countries and our problem is that we usually report without facts. Please allow some balance in your reportage with due respect to the profession.
