NPP Would Not Do Anything To Endanger The Peace Of The Nation – Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo

NPP flagbearer Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo, following on from the peace pledge signed by the Presidential candidates contesting this year’s polls, has reiterated his commitment to peace before, during and after the 2016 elections.
Nana Addo, taking to social media Friday, restated the pledge that his party would do all they can to ensure peace prevails in the country.

“I can speak for the NPP and state without any equivocation that we will not do anything to endanger the peace of the nation in any way during these elections. It is in our interest that the elections come off peacefully and the outcome is credible.” – Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo.

Nana Addo was one of seven Presidential candidates who pledged to a peaceful polls, signing a document to that effect at a ceremony Thursday.
All the Presidential candidates contesting this year’s elections were present, with the exception of Papa Kwesi Nduom, who was represented by his running mate.
