Menzgold Ghana Limited has announced the launch of a press enquiry centre where accurate information surrounding the company and its operations can freely be sought by the Ghanaian media prior to publishing anything about them.
A statement from the company dated August 22, 2017, announces numerous media and public friendly changes.
These changes has become necessitated by the recent publications of ‘several inaccurate stories’ about the company in the Ghanaian media.
Recently, Menzgold has become the target of some damaging media pieces, all of which the company maintain are inaccurate.
Thus an email address – ‘[email protected]’ – has been set up to co-ordinate Menzgold’s official communication with the media. The website menzgold.com has also been revamped with a new ‘press enquiry’ tab to answer queries.
The statement also makes clear that contrary to some reportage, Menzgold is a legitimate company which has been operating in Ghana for some years now.
“Menzgold would also like to inform the public that as a Gold dealership, we have been operating in and out of Ghana for several years legally and prudently with customer satisfaction being the hallmark of our business,” it reads, in part.

Accra, Ghana, August 22, 2017–Following several inaccurate stories that have unfortunately made it to the press in the last few weeks about Menzgold Ghana Limited (Menzgold) due to what has been determined as lapse in communication between Menzgold and the Ghanaian Press/Media, Menzgold has launched a dedicated Press and Public Enquiry Centre to streamline communications, swiftly and accurately respond to all requests for information/enquiries.
An official E-mail “[email protected]” has been set up with a dedicated team constituted to be in charge of all Menzgold’s communication with the media and other relevant organizations.
Also, the revamped Menzgold.Com website will from Wednesday, August 23, 2017 feature a “Press Enquiry” menu via which journalists, the media and other organizations seeking information or clarification on issues relating to the company and its operations would be able to send a “Request for Information” and receive a swift, and more importantly accurate information from the right departments of the company.
Menzgold would also like to inform the public that as a Gold dealership, we have been operating in and out of Ghana for several years legally and prudently with customer satisfaction being the hallmark of our business.
