The Chairman of the Ghana Football Association, Kwesi Nyantakyi, is currently at the CID Headquarters in Accra.
According to reports, Nyantakyi has returned from Morocco where he was on a trip and was met by investigators at the Kotoka International Airport, where he turned himself in and was transported to police headquarters.
The FA head was captured in Anas’ upcoming documentary, Number 12, promising access to the President in return for cash.
After watching the video, President Nana Akufo-Addo ordered Nyantakyi’s arrest for defrauding by false pretences.
He was not in the country, however, but has now returned to ‘face the music’.
