One of the most honest men we have in this country, Kwame A Plus, has once again taken a jab at his own ‘party’ for its perceived failures in dealing with the Ghanaian economy despite a plethora of promises made to Ghanaians in 2016.
Unlike many others who defend their ‘own side’ even when the truth screams otherwise, A Plus has never been afraid to offend his own people once the truth becomes their enemy.
The increment in fuel prices recently, taking it over the epochal Ghc5 barrier, has sparked a lot of commentary on social media and turned public opinion against the NPP government.
The fuel price increase, coupled with the runaway dollar, simply paints the government in a light not different from the NDC government they constantly attacked in opposition for being incompetent.
In a recent speech, Vice President Dr Bawumia claimed the government has ‘arrested’ the cedi, contrary to what the data tells us.
Writing on the issue, A Plus stated the obvious, that the fuel price increases has exposed the veep for lying on the issue.
“When the arrested cedi breaks jail, petroleum prices will expose you!!! I’m laughing like a killer,” A Plus wrote on his favourite platform Facebook.
