Dance is commonly used as an entertainment instrument amongst people globally.  However, for Obinna, dance isn’t just entertainment, but a career and a way of generating income.

Born Jerry Jacobs, Obinna is a passionate professional dancer, choreographer, and a dance instructor who has taught dance in several schools.

Obinna has proven to be one of the best dancers Africa has produced. He has won several awards and competitions to his name, including the Chinese Bridge Competition.

Speaking to GhanaCelebrities.Com, Obinna said his main aim is to impact lives positively using dance as a medium.

According to him, he’s continually looking to serving to his best ability either in facilitating dance trainings, providing solo dance steps, and collaborating with other dancers across the globe for entertainment or ministerial purposes.

Some of the dance groups that Obinna has worked with include Dance101, TXD Dance Company, ABC Ballet, Expression, All Stars, Unveil Truth, Lovette Bits Dance Company, and David’s Company.

He trained at Society of Performing Art and The Dance Deal Training Foundation, all in Nigeria.
