Rap king Sarkodie found the limitations of his craft over the weekend as a Memphis crowd fell down flat during his performance.
In comparison, Stonebwoy electrified that same crowd but King Sark had issues getting them to connect to his material.
Video of the concert has popped up online and showed the flat performance of Sarkodie during a show in the city of Memphis, Tennessee.
The Ghanaian rapper tried to bring the energy, using his stagecraft to try and keep the crowd engaged.
Unfortunately, majority did not understand what he was rapping about and his performance didn’t get the crowd very excited.

Alternatively, it could mean his songs are just not very popular out there.

We’re aren’t the only ones saying it, some fans complained over the crowd being too flat during Sarkodie’s performance.
Instagram user mr.vanderpuye complained: “This crowd paaa!! What is this? No energy whatsoever; just standing there staring at the king like sheep”
Meanwhile, Stonebwoy performed at the same show and he fared much better.

He consciously tried to get the crowd involved and it worked to a degree.
Perhaps, he saw Sark bombing and said: empare me!
