The Grandfather of Dancehall in Ghana, Samini has added his voice to that of the masses calling for better living conditions in Ghana.
Samini in an open letter to the President of Ghana expressed his disappointment about the abysmal performance of the President.
According to Samini, he supported President Akufo-Addo for change and stability but currently, his soul bleeds.
He touched on the indiscipline in the camp of the ruling government and asked that something be done about it.
Samini also cried about how the dollar is lashing the cedi mercilessly. Resulting in the collapse of many businesses.

Nevertheless, he believes there’s hope and everything will be alright. He urged all his fans to keep hope alive for a turnaround.
Samini was one of the Ghanaian Celebrities who openly declared their support for the New Patriotic Party, NPP during the 2020 general election.
