As Afia Schwarzenegger remains in hiding to escape her 10-day jail sentence, netizens are trolling her for being poor!
The self-styled comedienne is on the run, after a judge issued a bench warrant for her arrest to serve a 10-day jail sentence for contempt.
Afia Schwarzenegger, alongside actress Nana Ama McBrown, musician and political activist, Kwame A Plus, and entertainment pundit, Mr Logic, were all sued for contempt of court by Chairman Wontumi.

Wontumi initially sued Schwarzenegger for defamation after she claimed he farts in bed, but whilst the case was in court, UTV held an episode of United Showbiz to discuss it.
They were then sued for contempt and Wontumi won the case, leading to A Plus, McBrown and Mr Logic being fined Ghc 65,000 each and Afia Schwarzenegger jailed for ten days.
Whilst the court chronicles appear to show that Afia was jailed for being absent in court, social media is trolling her for being broke.
According to blogger thosecalledcelebs, Schwarzenegger was jailed because her account balance was too poor to pay the fine.
Reacting to the story, she wrote on her timeline: “B) bra ooo so that the court will not look at your bank details and give you jail instead of fine. Emu 3ya oo,” – to wit, leave a good life so a court doesn’t look at your account balance and jail you instead of fining you!
Another netizen replied humorously that Afia had only Ghc 800 in her account, which is why she was jailed!
