Nigerians are in a state of mourning following the death of Nollywood star Junior Pope and 4 others.
The circumstances surrounding their death even make it more painful and hard to deal with as it could have been prevented.
It is sad to know that Junior Pope’s mother and grandmother are both alive, and he happens to be the only child of his mother.
A video that has popped up on social media has both his mom and grandmother spending quality time with his children.
It’s heartbreaking to see that the 39-year-old Nollywood star’s old mother and grandmother are alive to witness his traumatic demise and going to witness his burial.
Junior Pope and 4 other Nollywood actors got drowned in the river Niger on Wednesday whiles leaving a movie set in Asaba-Delta State.
Before his death, he recorded a video, being scared of his life on a boat without a life jacket.
He noted he was the only child and had 3 boys to raise.
Unfortunately, his fears turned into reality for him.
He is survived by his wife and 3 boys.
