Cannes Film Festival: Fred Nuamah, Jessica Chastain, Eva Longoria, Cheryl Cole, Channing Tatum & Others Attend Foxcatcher Premiere…

The red carpet premiere of Foxcatcher took place on Monday at the 67th Cannes Film Festival—and it was attended by Jessica Chastain, Eva Longoria, Cheryl Cole, Channing Tatum, Mark Ruffalo, director Bennett Miller, Steve Carell, Megan Ellison and others. CEO/Founder of Ghana Movie Awards-Mr. Fred Nuamah joined the stars on the red carpet to see the movie…

Cheryl Cole,30 was the lady of the carpet as she made breath-taking entrance wearing a black  strapless dress with a stunning layered train that blew delicately behind her as she walked.

Shockingly, Fred Nuamah was still wearing his £5000 shoes. I think, he should have bought 5 shoes for £1000 each rather—instead of wearing the same pair of shoes to all the events. Let the church say AMEN!

Hello Guys,

I am ending my Cannes Sponsorship Appeal in few days. I just want to say a BIG Thank You to all who donated to sponsor my trip. If you want to still be a sponsor, you can click on the link below and donate.

I have interesting activities and meetings lined up with certain interesting people who are bringing their Ghanaian themed films to the 67 Cannes Film Festival. I will surely keep all of you updated on my activities out there and bring you first hand exclusives from the prestigious film festival.

Hey Guys,

Thanks to all those who have DONATED to support my 2014 Cannes Film Festival Long Stay appeal. I really appreciate the support.

If you have not donated yet and would want to do so, just read my appeal post below and chip in your little. Remember every little helps!

You can donate by using a Visa card/Master card/ America Express or PayPal. Alternatively you can drop me an email and let me know how much you want to donate and I will let someone pick the donation up for me—if in Ghana and do not have access to any of the above.

And for the good friends, donation is compulsory for you all so if you don’t I will call your names out. LOL

Yesterday, the Press Office of the 67th Cannes Film Festival granted me a journalist accreditation—per application, so I am definitely going to be there!

update

Last year, I attended the 66th Cannes Film Festival as the Editor of GhanaCelebrities.Com—-partly sponsored by Ghana Movie Awards and GhanaCelebrities.Com.

Apart from the great experience and the fact that I made it onto the all-important Cannes red carpet alongside Captain Planet, Fred Nuamah, Hollywood actress-Zoe Saldana, Takao Osawa, Nanako Matsushima, Tatsuya Fujiwara, Rasaroi Dawson, Clive Owen, Marion Cotillard and other celebrities for the red carpet premiere of the movies- Blood Ties and Shield of Straw—I was able to write several first hand reports on activities at Cannes for the millions of GhanaCelebrities.Com  and affiliated websites readers.

Click Here for the various publications I filed from the Cannes Film Festival last year

The prestigious Cannes Film Festival will return this year-15th May to 25th May and I will be attending for the purpose of obtaining first-hand information on activities out there—and be able to report on the activities of the various African celebrities who will also be attending.

I am aware several African celebrities are looking to attend the Film Festival this year but as history has shown, media focus on their activities out there has always been non-existing. We must tell our stories and give our stars the needed shine—or else, no one really cares.

The sponsorship package from Ghana Movie Awards and GhanaCelebrities.Com was enough for a 3 day stay at Cannes last year, which meant that I missed out the important opening ceremony and the closing ceremony.

I would love to report on these two events and if possible, report on activities at the event for all the 10 days it will run—-since it will be a wonderful experience, activities packed and worthy.

To be able to have such a long stay at Cannes and file the needed reports during the festival season  is going to cost a lot—and that is why I have decided to launch this page for general sponsorship from everyone who wishes to make the above possible.

In fact, out of love for my Cannes’ publications last year, a friend suggested I consider this to see if I can raise enough funds to ensure a long stay this year so I can bring in more and more publications.
