Actor Van Vicker is one of the pioneers of modern day Ghanaian movie and is still one of the regular faces who changed or brought back the Ghanaian glam movie back to light at a time when Nigerian movies had taken over Ghanaian screens.
He together with Nadia Buari, Majeed Michel and Jackie Appiah led the revolution that made the Ghanaian movie once again a force to reckon with in Africa.
