The much awaited GHALLYGOLD Awards set to honour hard working actors, producers, director, writers, technical crew and all involved in the Ghanaian movie industry, which was supposed to come off on Independence day March 6, has been postponed to Saturday 8th May 2010 at the National Theatre.

Mr. Rockson Adu Boahene C.E.O of Item 3 House, organizer of the event, disclosed this to peacefmonline in an interview. He explained that the event could not come off on March 6 because funding for the event is still not adequate. “We are yet to confirm with a company as the main sponsor of the event.
