When money is on the line, anything is possible!.

Nicki Minaj performed on Saturday night at a party in Angola, thrown by Unitel, a communication company owned by the daughter of Angola’s President and Africa’s richest woman- Isabel Dos Santos.

Human Rights group the Human Rights Foundation petitioned Minaj not to perform, citing human rights abuses perpetrated by President Dos Santos’ regime over their three decades in power. Abuses including those perpetrated against journalists and artistes like Nicki herself.

However, the show went off without a hitch in Luanda on Saturday night. Nicki rocked the house, performing most of her biggest hits on the night, TMZ affirms.

Maybe she couldn’t back out of a commitment that late- or maybe, she just didn’t give a hoot. Either way, this would be interpreted as a big slap to the face of the groups that petitioned her.
