Controversial actress Afia Schwarzenegger has proclaimed that she is the Yaa Asantewaa of her generation. “I am the Yaa Asantewaa of my generation crowned from heaven with the heart of a lioness!!!!!” she said in an Instagram post today.
According to the Okay Fm On Air Presenter, she shares similar attributes with the late legendary Queen Mother of Ejisu. She pointed out that both Yaa Asantewaa and her “stood for nothing but the truth and fought for battles men were too scared to face.”
Afia also compared herself physically to Yaa Asantewaa, highlighting that the late heroine was plain-looking and short like her. “Looking at her pics she wasn’t tall neither was she pretty as miss world but she was very useful and successful,” she said.

I am so sure during the 1900 there were queen mothers who were irrelevant so they came together to form alliance against her but she stood for the (Ashanti’s)Ghana
