The Electoral Commission of Ghana has filed an application at the Supreme Court–seeking for the highest court of the land to overturn the recent High Court judgment which asked the EC to give Dr. Paa Kwesi Nduom and the PPP an opportunity to amend or alter their mistakes which led to their disqualification.
The EC in a statement has disagreed with the High Court ruling–adding that they are challenging on the grounds of legality and public policy.
