You’re A Lawyer So Stay In Your Lane — ‘Angry’ Diabolo Man Fires Gabby Otchere-Darko

The ‘dead’ Ghanaian movie industry stakeholders have suddenly found their voice and are pissed off after Gabby Otchere Darko took some shots at their quality of work.

The NPP aligned Gabby slammed the industry after claiming he had watched a number of movies and saw nothing to be impressed about.

Of course his comments infuriated actors, movie producers and directors and they have spent the past several days just completely tearing into Gabby.

Latest to add his voice is actor Bob Smith Jr., widely known for portraying ‘Diabolo’ in one of the most popular Ghanaian movies ever.

According to Smith, Gabby is not someone with expertise in the industry and thus perhaps that’s why he did not understand what was being put forth in those movies he claims to have watched.

“We all know you are a lawyer therefore you are better in law and not in movies,” the actor declared in a recent interview.

“One thing we must note is that, in movies we have something known as genre. We have movies of many different genres. Everyone has a kind of movie genre he/she likes so maybe he (Gabby) didn’t get his kind of movie that is why he made such comment”. the Diabolo man added.
