VIDEO: Nigerian Magistrate Seen Using Torchlight During Court Proceedings Due To Lack Of Electricity

Africa is one of the continents with many natural resources and yet it’s the continent lacking basic things needed for survival and to make life comfortable for its citizens.

It’s normal to a Nigerian when the power goes off for 24 hours ─ same in Ghana but for a Magistrate to use torchlight during court proceedings in a Lagos court due to lack of electricity doesn’ speak well of a country blessed with crude oil.
