Efia Odo has become the latest Ghanaian celebrity to reveal that unlinke majority of her countrymen, she does not attend church religiously every Sunday.
There’s literally nothing else in this country which draws as much participation as attending church on Sundays. I don’t have the numbers but I’ll imagine close to half the country can be found in a church on Sunday morning.

Efia Odo says she’s part of that other half who have no use for churches on Sunday.
During her appearance on Hitz Fm today, she revealed that whilst she believes in God, she does not attend church because she doesn’t know what the whole religion business is about.
Odo said as a kid she used to follow her mum to the house of God but since becoming an adult she’s stopped doing that.

“I used to attend Church when I was young, I would follow my mum to Church but as I grew up, I stopped attending Church because I don’t really understand what this religion is all about,” Odo revealed.
