Akuapem Poloo has been sentenced to 3 months in jail.
Her sentencing hearing has just concluded and the actress has been handed a 90 day jail sentence.
According to reports, the pregnancy test Poloo took came out negative, clearing the way for the judge to hand down her sentence.

Trial judge Ms Christiana Cann handed down a 90-day jail sentence for all three charges to be served concurrently. Poloo was charged with publication of obscene materials, engaging in domestic violence namely a conduct that in any way undermined another person’s privacy and integrity, and engaging in domestic violence namely conduct that in any way detracted or was likely to detract from another person’s dignity and worth as a human being.
Poloo’s case came about after she shared a photo of herself in the n*de with her son alongside her to celebrate his birthday last year.

Her photo sparked huge condemnation from the public and she took it down, but Child Rights International decided to take her to court for violating her son’s rights to dignity and privacy.
