Hon. Kennedy Agyapong has bragged about how he influenced top Ghanaian business moguls Osei Kwame Despite and Ernest Ofori Sarpong to buy their first Rolls Royce.
The maverick politician detailed in a viral video how the two millionaires decided to also buy and show off expensive vehicles after they saw him do so in the country.
According to Kennedy Agyapong, Dr. Osei Kwame Despite and his brother Dr. Ofori Sarpong were afraid of being persecuted by the ruling government at the time for driving expensive cars in Ghana.
In other to save themselves from outeageous taxes and unwanted investigations, they avoided driving fancy cars until they saw Kennedy Agyapong do it.
Kennedy Agyapomg said they reconsidered their decision after he bought his first Rolls Royce and boldly drove it on the streets without fear of the law.
“I remember when I bought my Rolls Royce, Despite came to me and spoke about how he’s scared to drive a good car. He said that because of the way I’ve challenged the NDC government, he is also going to buy one.”

He made this revelation in a speech he made during Despite’s 60th birthday party.
Kennedy Agyapong was also heard saying he that paved the way for Despite and his brother to start buying expensive cars have been left behind in the race as the millionaires now own a garage full of exotic vehicles.
“I was there one day when I saw that he has bought this car, Ernest too bought another car. If not for the party we are having, this place would be full of cars. I told myself, eii Despite I started before you but you’ve overtaken me.
