Ghanaian media personality Berla Mundi has revealed plans to run for Parliament in the Ledozokuku constituency, which encompasses the Accra suburb of Teshie.
Mundi made the revelation in a post on Twitter which might or might not have been serious.
According to her, she’s planning a Parliamentary run and sought opinions from netizens on which party to join.
Sharing a photo of herself, Mundi laid out her options including Alan Cash’s new party, the NPP, NDC, CPP, PNC etc.
“In-coming MP for Ledzokuku Constituency. Shall I be a 🦋, 🌂, 🐘 , 🥥 🌴 or a 🐔 ? ☺️,” Mundi wrote.
“You have my vote,” Blogger Ameyaw Debrah reacted to her post.
Other netizens jumped in with recommendations on parties to join.
Berlinda Addardey, popularly known as Berla Mundi, is a Ghanaian media personality, women’s advocate and voice artist.
Berla is an alumna of St. Theresa’s School, Achimota School and the University of Ghana where she studied linguistics and psychology for her first degree.
She studied French at Alliance Francais and has also studied at the Ghana Institute of Journalism.
