He is accused in the death of Christopher Tapp, which occurred during an altercation at a resort on the Las Vegas Strip.
The incident took place during a Halloween Party in 2023, where Rodimer was dressed as a “Ken” doll.
Witnesses reported that Rodimer confronted Tapp, who had accompanied Rodimer’s stepdaughter to the party.
It’s alleged Rodimer became upset after Tapp was accused of offering Rodimer’s stepdaughter cocaine.
He reportedly screamed at Tapp: “If you ever talk to my daughter again, I’ll [expletive] kill you,” documents said.
“Immediately after hearing Dan say this to Christopher, [the witness] heard two loud banging noises,” police wrote.
The confrontation escalated, and Rodimer allegedly caused blunt force trauma to Tapp’s head, resulting in his death.
Rodimer has been charged with open murder and has surrendered to authorities.
Another incriminating evidence against Daniel appear to be text messages his wife Sarah sent him.
