This sounds like some Akan Drama or Concert party. According to what I am told, Nana Ekua aka Mzbel who is currently facing criminal charges for assaulting a police officer on duty appeared in court yesterday.
When her case was called, the Chief Inspector Seiwah Dora told the court the docket on the case was not available…GONE MISSING? What else can a Magistrate do when the docket of a case has gone missing apart from adjourning the hearing?
After about two minutes, the presiding magistrate, Plange Brew proceeded to adjourn the case and asked the parties to appear in court on September 13, 2011. The charges against Mzbel if found liable can fetch her a prison sentence…
Nana Ekua is facing two charges of obstructing a police officer from executing his lawful duty and assaulting a police officer on duty.

@mavis yeboah, This is a portfolio, book or file in which all the court proceedings of a case is recorded in…So any time a case appears in court, the court clerk starts a docket for the case, when it is called again in court , the docket is brought out to refresh the judge on what happened last time, the arguments that were made, where the case was left off, the evidence heard or brought an all that…
