Rawlings & Kufuor Console Kenpong For Losing His Mom

Former Presidents of the Republic of Ghana, Jerry John Rawlings and John Agyekum Kufuor, have consoled former Board Member of Kumasi-based Football Club, Asante Kotoko, Kennedy Agyapong (Kenpong) for losing his mom, Madam Janet Yaa Biamah.
The businessman, in the company of boxing legend, Azumah Nelson, ace actor Super OD and a high powered delegation called on the statesmen to officially announce his mother’s death.
Sympathizing with Kenpong, former President Kufuor said, ” the presence of your entourage attests to how well you have lived, the trail you have blazed. It is always said that the true colors of a man manifest when he loses his mom, but in your case, you demonstrated true qualities of a man even when your mom was alive. I will make time to mourn with you on the day.”

Amakye & Dede has been described by the producers as the official Easter movie. It’s a romantic comedy movie that tells the story about two best friends who fall in love with the same girl. Former Asante Kotoko instrumental Board Member, Kennedy Agyapong (Kenpong), has expressed gross sympathy to the wife and family of murdered Abuakwa North MP, JB Danquah.
The deceased was a close friend to the businessman and describing his sudden death which occurred last Monday, he (Kenpong) said “This is indeed a shocker, he queried me jokingly why I didn’t inform him of my mother’s death the day before his death.

The Management of Asante Kotoko has sent a message of condolence to Kennedy Agyapong (Kenpong) on the death of his mother Madam Janet Yaa Biamah who passed on few days ago.
In a telephone interview with General Manager Opoku Nti said,” the entire Kotoko family wish to express our sympathy to Kenpong for the big loss.”

The death is reported at the Holy Family Hospital, Nkawkaw, Kwahu in the Eastern Region of Madam Janet Yaa Biamah, a native of Kwahu Mpraeso. She was 68.
The deceased, who passed on last Friday was the mother of Mr Kennedy Agyapong (Kenpong), former Asante Kotoko board member and president of the Kenpong Group of companies.

Famed actress, Akosua Busia; 2015 Ghana Movie Award recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award, returns to the site of the Buduburam Liberian Refugee Camp, after starring in ECLIPSED, at the Public Theater in New York.
Fittingly, Eclipsed is a play about the Liberian War. Buduburam is a far cry from the red carpets Busia is returning to after an 18 year hiatus she took from the Entertainment Business, in keeping with a promise to herself to come out of show-business following the birth of her child, Hadar Busia-Singleton, until Hadar turned eighteen.
In her hiatus, Busia spent her time in Ghana as Chair of Busia Foundation International, and Director General of CareShare. Ghanaian dancehall artiste-EBONY (real name Priscilla Opoku-Kwarteng) is not only disconcerting the dancehall landscape in Ghana with her flawless style built around her out-of-the-league command over patio—but she is also take ‘dangerous’ hits at her competitors; MzVee and AK Songstress.

A large number of people find close unadulterated connections between Ghana and Jamaica—mostly when it comes to music and food.

The global popularity of dancehall music, rooted in Jamaica’s vibrant culture means this genre of music has wider acceptance in almost every ‘liberated’ country. But when it comes to Ghana, both dancehall and reggae occupy special places on our broad musical spectrum—with touching influences.

Even if not wholly pure, Ghanaians’ obsession with dancehall and the stable growth of this genre of music championed by contemporary acts like Samini, Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy have opened the dancehall gates for female Ghanaian artistes such as Kaakie, MzVee and a few others to take center stage.

When it comes to dancehall, the strength of an artiste’s delivery vastly dwells on the beat and how well he/she is able to mimic the uniquely used language-patio.

Ghanaian musician, Mzbel (born Belinda Nana Ekua Amoah) has dismissed claims that suggest she is a p*rn star.

According to her, the explicit pictures we spot her in are strictly art and they are for the purposes of showbiz only; which implies she’s not what perceive her to be.

In her opinion, Ghanaians should understand female artistes when they act as such because Beyonce, Kim Kardashian, Nicki Minaj and the likes act same and Ghanaians do appreciate them.

After releasing video for his classic Highlife tune, Mansa, Bisa Kdei has decided to take Ghanaians back to the 70s with visuals for his latest song – Brother Brother.

The music video which is released under the management of Black Legendary Music Crew was directed by Prince Dovlo.

Unlike ‘Mansa’ which employs bright colors and a modern concept, ‘Brother Brother’ focuses on the 1970s trend, paving way for the showcase of old-fashioned dresses.
