The Electoral Commission (EC) says it will start accepting applications for transfer of votes from one constituency to another ahead of the December 7 polls.
A statement signed by Eric Kofi Dzakpasu, Head of Communications, said the process will begin on 9th September 2016 and end on Friday, 7th October 2016.
