Maybe the female readers on Ghanacelebrities.com may help me understand the sensible reason behind why ladies behave so – thus, go about telling people that a guy once proposed to her simply because she is now having issues with him.

It’s an observation I’ve made for more than 20 years and I know most guys too have possibly observed or experienced it too. If you are a guy who has a female friend or relative, you are most likely to hear her share at some point, how a guy, usually a rich, revered or popular figure, once proposed to her but she declined.

They always make such disclosures when the guy is now moving on with a better or more beautiful lady, is well to do now than formerly, vying for an esteemed position, or conversely if the guy is rather doing worse now!

Most of these ladies who exhibit such acts, as I’ve come to believe, have one of many motives – to blackmail, slander, shame or feed into their false ego! They always say it with some air of mystery, contempt, and sometimes pure jealousy – as though it was a crime the guy wanted to commit to her.

The point is, he is a guy, a straight one for that matter – so if he once proposed to you, what is the big deal? Ideally, is it not a man who must propose to a woman? For the woman to either accept or decline? Did you expect him to go and propose to a tree or the ocean?

I’m very huffy about this observation because, a young Facebook friend contacted me and sent me plenty Facebook chats, Whatsapp chats, and text messages a very popular musician and a movie star once sent to her – proposing love to her.

I asked her why she wants those confidential and privileged details published and according to her, she wants the public to know that the two popular figures are not angels as they pose or people see or perceive them to be! I asked her, “Is that all?” She said “yeah!

She continued, “They worried me with love proposals saa but I declined. They were very insistent. I declined anyway! But they appear in public like angels!” I asked her if they harmed her in any form by way of getting her to accept their proposals and she quickly added, “ohh no! Not at all!”

Meanwhile, this girl was giving me this scoop to publish as though those guys committed a serious offence and ought to be exposed for justice to take its course! I ignored her though. But I still need some reactions from the female readers of Ghanacelebrities.com.
