Actress Beverly Afaglo and her family stormed the Action Faith International in Tema to express gratitude to God for saving their lives from a fire outbreak.

About a week ago, fire destroyed the entire property of Ghanaian actress Beverly Afaglo at Tema.

She blamed her mother for starting the fire but blamed the fire service for not being able to quench the fire on time.

“The fire service got in on time but over 40mins they couldn’t go inside because of the heavy smoke (I was wondering why they don’t have protective gears for smoke gosh)

“they stood there deliberating and another came and that was the worse, they had to use a generator but it couldn’t start which also took awhile, then another came which went thru a nieghbours house to the back of the house and started putting off the fire but it was too late” she said.

As a Christian, it was expected that Beverly and her family would go to church to thank God for protecting them.

Videos from the church service was shared on social media by television and radio personality Afia Pokuaa Vim Lady.

She wrote: “Thank God Beverly and her family were in church today at Action Faith International, Tema @royal_elorm_1 Thanks for holding our sister up. It is well”

Beverly has been quite since social media trolls made her an object of ridicule after a Gofundme account was set up to raise funds for her.

Trolls maintained that why do we raise funds for someone who claims to be the daughter of a chief and can go on exotic trips every month.

Beverly and her husband came with a reply that even Ghana who is gifted with natural resources still begs for aid from other country.
